Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable. If the partner cancels due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

You will receive a confirmation email instantly after your payment is successfully processed. The email includes your booking reference, meeting point, time, and any special instructions from the partner.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of security certification. We never see or store your credit card details on our servers.

It depends on the specific experience. Each trip listing includes age recommendations and physical requirements. Look for the details in the trip description, or contact us if you are unsure — we are happy to help you find the perfect family-friendly activity.

This varies by activity. General recommendations include sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, and a camera. For water activities like kayaking, we suggest water shoes and a dry bag. Specific requirements are listed on each trip page.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make the experience unsafe, the partner will contact you to reschedule for another date or offer a full refund. You will be notified as soon as possible.

Most of our experiences have a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a personal and enjoyable experience. Some private tours or smaller boats may have lower limits. Group size is listed on each trip page.

Yes, all our partner guides speak English. Many also speak German, Italian, and Croatian. Language availability is noted on each trip listing.

Sign up for a partner account, complete your profile with your business details, and add your experiences with descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Our team reviews every new listing and you will be approved within 24 hours.

Ventoro charges a commission of 15–20% per completed booking, depending on the partnership agreement. The commission is already built into the price the customer sees — there are no surprise fees.

Payouts are made monthly to your IBAN bank account. You can track your earnings, upcoming bookings, and payout history in your partner dashboard.

If you run accommodation (apartments, hotels, villas) in the region, you can join our affiliate program. You receive a unique QR code to display in your property. When your guests scan the code and book a trip, you earn a 3% commission on every completed booking.

Sign up as an affiliate on our platform. Your personalized QR code is generated automatically and available for download in your affiliate dashboard — including a print-ready sheet you can place in your property.

Affiliate commissions are paid out monthly to your IBAN bank account. You can track all bookings attributed to your QR code and your earnings in the affiliate dashboard.
