Free to register. Fill in your company details, contact info, and optionally your Regiondo or GYG URL so we know where you list elsewhere.

Add your first trip

Photos, description, pricing, duration, highlights, what to bring. Takes about 10 minutes. Our admin reviews it within 24 hours and publishes.

Tourists find and book

Your trip appears on the homepage, in search results, and in category filters. Guests book with Stripe, and the booking lands in your dashboard.

Run the tour, get paid

Your payout is calculated automatically for every confirmed booking. Payouts happen monthly by bank transfer. Refunds and cancellations are handled inline.

Questions before you start

Is there a monthly fee or setup cost?▾
No. Ventoro is completely free to list on. We only take a service fee when a guest actually books your trip. If nothing books, you pay nothing. The exact rate is shared during registration.
When do I get paid?▾
Payouts happen monthly by bank transfer. You add your IBAN in the partner settings, and we send out the accumulated payout at the end of each month for all completed bookings from that period.
Who handles refunds and cancellations?▾
Guests can cancel up to 24h before the tour for a full refund, handled automatically. If you need to cancel a booking yourself (bad weather, boat issue), you can reject it from the dashboard and the guest is refunded the same day.
Do I need to approve each booking manually?▾
Up to you. In settings you can toggle between instant booking (guest pays and the booking is confirmed immediately) and manual approval (you review each request for up to 24h before accepting or rejecting).
What about taxes and invoicing?▾
You are responsible for your own tax reporting in Croatia (or your country). Ventoro provides a monthly booking statement with totals, commission, and net payout so you can hand it to your accountant. We do not issue invoices on your behalf.
Can I list on Ventoro and on GetYourGuide or Regiondo at the same time?▾
Yes. Most of our partners do. You can paste your external iCal URL in settings and we will block those dates automatically (iCal inbound sync coming soon).
What kind of trips can I list?▾
Any legitimate local experience in Croatia. Boat tours, kayaking, wine tastings, truffle hunts, bike tours, cooking classes, private charters, photography tours. If you run it locally and it is a real paid activity, it fits.
