This 60- to 90-minute experience is designed for those who want to explore the Istrian distilling tradition in depth, but also enjoy local gastronomic specialties.
Your visit begins with a guided tour where we will open the doors of our production to you. You will learn all about the chemistry and art behind the perfect drop – from fruit fermentation to precise control of the boiler.
Our hosts will be happy to answer all your questions, making this tour educational and interactive. After you get to know the process, we move to the tasting area. Here you will have the opportunity to taste three different types of our spirits, from classic brandies to creative liqueurs and gins. To make the experience complete, we serve a rich cold plate full of local products with the drink: Istrian prosciutto, premium cheeses, homemade sausages, olives and freshly baked bread.
This tour is not just a tasting, but a real small gastro-excursion in the heart of Istria, ideal for couples or small groups of friends.

The distillery is a true gem — welcoming, authentic, and full of character. The team creates such a lovely atmosphere, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The owner was really nice and made the tasting experience a lot of fun. We tried almost all of the liquors, brandy’s and gins and even bought a lot of bottles to drink back at home. Lovely experience!

Very tasty and quality products. They have a range of different kinds of liquors, from sweat ones to stronger ones and each bottle has a distinctive look. The service itself is phenomenal, they are very polite and professional. My personal favorite liqueur is “Rose Wine Liqueur” because it's sweet and easy to drink, as well as “Winter Gin” which mixed with the Tonic is a great summer refreshment.
