This 60- to 90-minute experience is designed for those who want to explore the Istrian distilling tradition in depth, but also enjoy local gastronomic specialties.
Your visit begins with a guided tour where we will open the doors of our production to you. You will learn all about the chemistry and art behind the perfect drop – from fruit fermentation to precise control of the boiler.
Our hosts will be happy to answer all your questions, making this tour educational and interactive. After you get to know the process, we move to the tasting area. Here you will have the opportunity to taste three different types of our spirits, from classic brandies to creative liqueurs and gins. To make the experience complete, we serve a rich cold plate full of local products with the drink: Istrian prosciutto, premium cheeses, homemade sausages, olives and freshly baked bread.
This tour is not just a tasting, but a real small gastro-excursion in the heart of Istria, ideal for couples or small groups of friends.

Great local distillery and warm hospitality. During our holiday at Villa Blog (right next to the distillery and also managed by the host Tanja) we visited the on-site distillery. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The homemade spirits were very tasty and we tasted quite a lot. Especially the gins were very interesting and full of flavour (and the "original" als very punchy 😉) Along with the drinks, we were served delicious snacks made directly with fresh ingredients from their own garden and farm, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We stopped here because of other recommendations. Unfortunately, no one was around but friendly grandma who spoke only Croatian. However, she let us taste all the spirits but couldn’t explain anything. We were a little sad that we couldn’t tour the place and didn’t get any background information. Nevertheless, we bought some bottles but had to pay cash as grandma was not able to use the terminal for card payment.

The distillery is a true gem — welcoming, authentic, and full of character. The team creates such a lovely atmosphere, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding, and you can really taste the passion behind their homemade products. Every sip felt genuine and crafted with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great company, excellent service, and beautifully made local spirits. I would happily visit again!

The owner was really nice and made the tasting experience a lot of fun. We tried almost all of the liquors, brandy’s and gins and even bought a lot of bottles to drink back at home. Lovely experience!
