Old School Distillery - Premium tour

For those who want to experience the full story of the Old School Distillery and our region, we have designed a Premium tour. This is not just an ordinary tour, but a journey through the history, nature and flavors of the family estate.

Your adventure begins in a special way - with a visit to the Puč water source. This hidden gem is not only a natural beauty, but also a symbol of our region's connection with water, a key element for creating premium distillates. A walk to the source will give you an insight into the peaceful Istrian landscape and introduce you to the story of the origin of our drinks.

After returning to the distillery, we take you to the very heart of production. We will go through the detailed distillation process, explaining to you how our award-winning liqueurs and brandies are created from natural ingredients and careful work.

The highlight of the tour is a rich tasting. Along with 4 different flavors of our distillates, we will serve you a sumptuous cold plate full of local products: original Istrian prosciutto, mature cheese, aromatic sausages, olives and homemade bread.

In order to take a piece of Istria with you, at the end of the tour each visitor receives a gift bottle of 200 ml. Choose your favorite flavor and relive memories of Old School Distillery in the comfort of your own home.
