Explore one of the most scenic parts of southern Istria on a relaxed half-day boat trip from Medulin to Cape Kamenjak and Polje Bay. The trip starts from Medulin Harbour and takes you through the Medulin archipelago towards Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost point of Istria. After around 50 minutes of sailing, the boat reaches the Kamenjak area, where you can enjoy a 30-minute swimming stop near the underwater cave. Guests who want a more active experience can swim into the cave if sea conditions allow, while others can stay on board and enjoy the view.
After the swimming stop, the boat continues past the historic Porer Lighthouse, one of the most recognizable landmarks on the southern Istrian coast. Lunch is then served on board, with fish, tuna steak, meat and vegetarian options available. Drinks are included during lunch.
The final part of the tour is spent at Polje Bay, a peaceful bay inside the Kamenjak area. Itinerary
Departure from Medulin Harbour
Board the boat in Medulin and start your cruise towards Cape Kamenjak. Enjoy a welcome drink as the boat leaves the harbour and begins sailing through the Medulin archipelago.
Cape Kamenjak swimming stop
After approximately 50 minutes of sailing, the boat reaches Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost point of Istria. Enjoy a 30-minute stop near the underwater cave, with time for swimming and exploring the clear Adriatic water. If sea conditions are safe, guests may have the chance to swim into the cave.
Porer Lighthouse sightseeing
The route continues around Porer Lighthouse, a historic lighthouse built in 1846. This is one of the most iconic sea landmarks near Medulin and a great moment for photos.
Lunch on board
Lunch is served on board after the Kamenjak stop. Guests can choose between fish, tuna steak, meat or a vegetarian menu, usually served with simple local-style sides. Drinks are included during lunch.
Polje Bay stop
The boat continues to Polje Bay, where around 3 hours of free time are planned. You can swim, sunbathe, snorkel, relax near the sea or explore the peaceful bay area.
Optional activity - Dinopath walk
During the Polje Bay stop, guests can join an optional guided walk to the Dinopath. The walk takes around 45 minutes and leads through the natural landscape of Kamenjak to an area where you can see real dinosaur footprints.
Return to Medulin Harbour
After the Polje Bay stop, the boat returns to Medulin Harbour, ending a relaxed and scenic boat trip through southern Istria.

We had a great time on the dolphin tour. We saw a whole pod of dolphins, much closer than we expected, which made the trip completely worth it. The crew was friendly, everything was well organized, and dinner was perfectly fine. One tip for future visitors: once the boat leaves the harbor, head to the front of the boat. It’s by far the best place to spot the dolphins and enjoy the views. Definitely recommended if you’re staying in the Medulin area.

Amazing experience! Staff was amazing, food was good, but the best was the effort from the whole crew to provide a great experience to the guests! We saw several dolfins which made the cruise even more special :) a special thank you to Ilian who made everyone feel welcome and was the best host! Very nice boat ride. Seems First a Bit pricy but worth every cent. The whole Crew was super nice and friendly. Unlimited Drinks and the Dinner on Board made it Perfect…..and Off course don’t Expect five Star Restaurant Dinner and drinks but for cooked on the Ship it was really ok. We would recommend the Trip for sure!

We had a very nice experience. Every single crew member was awesome, all drinks for free (water, beer, soft drinks etc) plus the food was very good too (we had fish). One stop for swimming at the cave and one 2hr stop at the island was great as well. Would recommend 👌

Amazing boat trip!!! Everyone was so friendly! The atmosphere was fabulous! Foid was lovely. Would definitely recommend !! We were lucky enough to see dolphins!! The sunset was beautiful.
