We went hee for a day. On your birthday you get a free ticket ! The park was clean! Staff all around friendly! Crocodile bay bar inside is a must do, cocktails there are nice unlike some other places where it tastes like water! Slides are fun! lots of variety, missing some shade on some oc the walkups to the slides tho! Food was good. it was good fazt food. burger was nice. it feels cold because the bun doesn't get Toasted, but the food inside the bun is nice hot and yummy one til, TICKETS ARE CHEAPER IF YOU BUY THEM ONLINE UPFRONT!!! If I'm ever near this park I will go again!

We have been coming to Aquacolors with our family for many years, and it has become one of our summer traditions. Unfortunately, the deterioration in the quality of the overall experience has become very noticeable. The slides, lazy river, and pools are still great fun and remain the main reason we keep returning. The food has never been exceptional, but we always accepted that because you don’t come to a water park expecting fine dining. However, last year we noticed a growing problem with seagulls aggressively stealing food from guests. This year, the situation has become significantly worse. Seagulls freely walk around the food court, chase people carrying food, land on tables while families are eating, and even defecate where people wait to take food. Although the staff clean the tables regularly, the birds return almost immediately. This is no longer just an inconvenience or an issue of aggressive birds. Seagulls are well-known carriers of pathogens such as Salmonella and various enterobacteria. It is difficult to understand how, in the EU, where food safety standards are taken so seriously, this situation has been allowed to continue for a second consecutive year without any visible measures to protect guests. Aquacolors has always been a wonderful destination for families, and it is genuinely disappointing to see the quality of the experience decline. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue, as it is affecting both guest comfort and, more importantly, hygiene and food safety.

Nice waterpark good selection of slides - some big slides with drops and thrils. Food service good and surprisingly reasonable (the Pizza's are huge and tasty!). Only let down by the lifeguard / slide staff who seemed distinctly annoyed at being their and more intent on beimg on there phones than being attentive to safety of visitors.

We visited Aquacolors Poreč this year after spending a day at Istralandia last year, so we were able to compare the two parks. Overall, we enjoyed Aquacolors much more. The biggest advantage was the much shorter waiting times for the attractions. Even on a busy day, the queues moved quickly, so we were able to enjoy many more slides. Another pleasant surprise was the food. At Istralandia, I remember being disappointed—especially with the fries, which tasted and felt like they had been reheated in a microwave. At Aquacolors, the food was absolutely fine. It's still fast food, of course, but for this type of venue the quality was perfectly acceptable. The prices were reasonable overall, and I felt that the experience was good value for the money we spent. Most importantly, our children (8 and 10 years old) had a fantastic time and were happy throughout the day, which is what matters most. I would definitely recommend Aquacolors Poreč and would be happy to visit again.

Private Equity 101: How to Monetize a Water Park: Aquacolors used to be great. Then a private equity firm bought it in 2023, and now it runs like a spreadsheet with a lazy river attached. The move is simple: skimp on tubes, let the lines turn into a slow-motion riot, then sell you a Fast Track pass to escape the chaos they built on purpose. Sneaky part is, you don’t end up mad at the company. You end up mad at the family cutting in front of you. Divide and profit. They know you’re on vacation, wallet already loosened up, guard down. So they come at it from every direction, right down to charging you just to park your car. I left broke, holding a fistful of receipts and a headache. Funny thing is, this is exactly the “maximum returns” we all applaud when it’s our pension. Somehow it feels a lot less exciting when we’re the ones getting squeezed dry. They drained the fun out of a day that used to be pure joy. That one stings. And it’s a hard game to beat right now, because they know kids run the wallet, one meltdown and guilt does the rest of the selling for them. But squeeze families long enough and eventually they stop coming back, no matter how loud the kids beg.
